Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Having rapid hairfall . Please suggest some remedy. Every time I comb my hair minimum 10- 15 strands comes in my hand.

I have consulted Dr shaurya some days back he told me I have tellogen hairfall and gave me vitamin supplements and I have a bit dandruff as well but it is not like scaly patches or flaky dandruff and my scalp pains as well doctor you prescribed me halox sol and salisia kt shampoo but that's used for seborrhea dandruff can you please clear my doubt why am I having pain in my scalp and what can I do to heal it
