Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My hair scalp is clean I don't have dandruff and lice on my hair I use head &shoulder shampoo. My hair scalp started to itch frequently it's been 3 days. There is a pimple-like lump tiny 1 or 2 but overall my hair scalp is itching whole. I don't have any food allergy as per now recently I had crab so would that be a reason? Please provide me some medicine or advice me what to do? Thanks
