Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

After using a prescription i noticed my acne increased and my skin became and dark and rough totally my face became very bad

From the past few months I have hair fall problem hair quantity reduced lot tried several shampoos no impact, earlier my hair was so thick and now slowly it's getting very thin.

From many years i have a lump underarm which is gradually growing but its painless. Also i am having rough dead skin around it, I dont know which doctor to consult for this. Can you help pls. Regards Priscilla

My derma suggest me to use biluma ,aziderm 15% gel and cetaphil moisturizer . I have onr doubt ,after applying biluma cream  how much time we have to wait to apply Aziderm and cetaphil moisturizer ?
