How to fight with acne? Give me some tips . I am tired about it.plz assist me I am suffering from severe acne on my face

I am experiencing hair loss and dandruf issue. For the last few years the hair loss is more. I have consulted few doctors, both ayurveda, homeopathy and trichologist. But none of the treatment gave me a lasting solution.

I have telogen hairfall my hb is 11 I m overweight I m a bit of fat and have light period since 3 months have tsh 6.1 taking thyronum 25 msg tablets and vitamin supplements as well with iron tabs orofer xt I have a bit of dandruff and painful scalp but there is not severe pain my doc told me hairfall is due to deficiencies and thyroid which shampoo should I use please suggest some tips to prevent hairfall as my hair is getting thin day by day

I had not a single mole if I remember 3 years back. But now I can see nearly 100 on my chest,neck. I have not taken medicines yet regarding this. Kindly suggest to remove and stop it further. Thanks

Hi doctor! I have skin problems for more than 2 years. Not the same issues but every time it'll be different. I'm a breastfeeding mom and I get dehydrated often. Even if I drink 6-10 bottles a day I'll have to drink 3 bottles in the night also.
