Does Keratin treatment for hair straightening cause hair fall and permanent damage? Or Is it worth trying for once

I m having hairfall since 3 months I have consulted a doc he just tested my thyroid tsh which was 6 and told me to use minoxidil but still my hairfall is not stopped he told me to wait for some more time and not even telling the cause of hairfall he has not confirmed if I m suffering from any autoimmune disorder Or not I don't know should I change my doc please help

Hi I have these two bumps on my nose tip from last 10 years or so. They never went away. It is slightly red in color. I wish to remove that. I have tried clyndamicin but it does not help.
