Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I hv been diagnosed with fungal infection near private area 5 years back n it got worse as I did not continue the medication properly. Last year i.e Aug 2019 I visited the dermatologist and started medication mentioned earlier. Its better now rashes are not there but there is blackness in private area. N when I stop the medicine I feel itchy in my whole body from inside. Can anyone help me with this?

Skin infection on my hand, legs , hipps , sides of rectum like ringworm and dead skin is also on my hips and under side of legs
