How to get rid of pimple spots. It's been 1 month I can still see them. Any cream which can be used.

Hi, I am having some skin infection from last 1 month. With local dr suggestion, i used Onabet cream and lecope ad tablet. It helped a bit initially but after I stopped using them, infection is back. Now onabet cream is also not helping to get rid of it. Please help me with the diagnosis. Attaching the photos for more information. Pleade help me. Thanks, Nikita
