Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am suffering from huge hair loss and I don't know how to manage with it. Can you suggest any kit or prescription/ suppliment or something else it will be really help ful. My hair loss is  genetics and I want to stop this. Things I want to know Which oil, shampoo, conditioner will I use and how many days in a week. If I take biotin which biotin will be best. Is there anything else which can stop my hair loss please suggest. It will be really thankful Thanks in advance

I have developed 3 small swollen lymph nodes in groin after jock itch. Is this worrisome? I have no other symptoms

I have always had acne breakouts from teenage but recently in 6 months they have gone worst. I have acne probe oily skin. Earlier i use to have one big acbe breakout in a month which sometimes use to accompany and ingrown. But recently the frequency has increased with combination of acne with pimples. Also dark spots left after acne are leaving big marks. Its on my cheeks and in chin area.

Hello doctor, I have this infection on my left foot which started small but now I think its spreading.. I feel crazy itching there.. And its become very dry(image is attached). I had consulted my regular physician he gave me this cream 'sofinox'.. It was effective initially for few days but now when I apply that cream its itching more.. Sometimes littles puss comes out..
