Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been facing severe acne for years. I have used dermatologist recommended gels in the past which reduce my acne for some time then again i start getting it. Which salicylic acid face wash should I use to get rid of my acne permanently?

Gets red rashes all over the body when I take bath. And whenever I apply lotions. It itches alot. It's very disturbing. Why does it happen?!
