Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Applying ointment helps but not much, so how can we take care of our acne to leave no scar and if it does, how to take care of it naturally. Some advice in food habits and natural treatment.

I am having mini bumps on my face since very long time. I have visited a dermatologist few days back. He has given me kojiglo gel, mela act forte cream and doxyoine 100 mg tablets. He has also suggested me to not wear any moisturizer and sunscreen ever in my life again. I am little confused as i have always learnt that we should use sunscreen even in indoors. I have dry skin type and whenever i dont use any moisturizer i feel itchiness on my face.

Noticed a white patch on my neck. I'm a Night shift worker. What can be done to reverse this patch ..
