Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have dandruff and hair on the sides and forehead is less as compared to back and top areas. (See pics). Is it normal at this age? Is there any suggested shampoo or hair oil? Also, please suggest ways to stop dandruff and hair fall and also get get hair growth.

I am getting hair fall and white flakes in my head. Intial it will pustule then it will become layer of white flakes

I got my testosterone levels done it was 0.324 and I am having hairfall past some months I visited a dermat he told me I am having telogen hairfall just wanted to be sure and ask that if androgenic alopecia could be there as my testosterone is normal do I have the risk for androgenic alopecia kindly tell

I am a 26 year old girl currently working in the private sector with a busy and considerably poor lifestyle. I have normal appetite but usually lack sleep quite often. Initially I had extremely thick hair, so much that it didn't fit into my fist. Now, over the last 10 years, I have lost more than half my volume... Length-wise hair growth is fast actually but volume does not seem to come back. Hair falls but doesn't grow back. Also I have itchy scalp which is why I require to wash my hair thrice a week. Whenever I scratch my scalp too hard, much hair falls off. My hair seems to be an oily scalp and dry hair combination. This seems very alarming as I am left with less than half of my hair volume and bald patches here and there are evidently noticeable. My question is, is this repairable? Can I have my original hair volume back? Is it too much to expect?

My family friends suggest me to take steam through steamer on daily basis. Then my roommate told me about open pores and i also search on internet that taking face steam on daily basis are not good for skin. Can u please suggest me is it wrong or right? And if I am taking steam then how should I take steam like after taking steam should I apply ice kn face to close pores or should I take steam thrice or twice in a week? Please guide.
