Hello, I am very disturb due to pimples and acne and black spot on my face. Kindly help me to get rid of it.

My wife is 30 year and she is having big pimples and back dark spots and circle on her face and forehead ( pl see attached photos ) . She is also facing the problem of heavy hair loss and skin allergies. Please advice

Hey doctor, A week back, i had gotten septum Peircing and since then I'm avoiding starch and sugar. Just had chicken nuggets 2 days ago which i think might have caused puss. Hello, I got my mole removed on September 26th. Its more than a month now and the hole after the mole removal has not filled up. It still quite evident. How long will it take for these holes to fill up cz i don't see much growth after this. Is there any chance of the hole remaining the same way? Pls help
