Wart is present in back side of head please suggest how to remove and by the way it is not paining untill I start pealing that wart.

I am 42, male. Yesterday(4/11) night I observed itching and hives almost all-over the body. I took levicit and relieved. Today(5/11) night I took levocitrizin and slept , again igot same problem(12pm )on legs and hands.

Since past 4 days my scrotum and groin area has been itching and its gradually increasing day by day. I maintain a good hygiene but nothing soothes the itching. Tonight the area have developed flaky skins and bits of it fall apart when itching. Please help! Thank You.

I have papules like this on the interior of my upper lips and also on outside. I have noticed them very recently but I've had them since a long time.. My siblings and mother also have bumps like these but it's less in number in them.. They are painless and itchless. Are they matter of concern? I googled about it then it said fordyce spots and it looks exactly like them.
