I have infection on thighs nd upper part of genital organ, This infection from last 8-10 days but now infection spread over, i used the ointment for control of fungal infection that contains ketoconazole,terbinafine and other substances. I have used this cream so infection was less but i can't used the cream for single day infection increases and it's very itchy so, please help me for this problem

I am having multiple underarm pimple like things occuring one after the other daily. It's painful to move hands and I keep applying dettol on it. By applying dettol to it, it stops for a while but again the pimple occurs somewhere else in the underarm. Both my underarms are having this issue and by recurring usage of dettol seems like my full underarms have become so very dark. I had this issue since very long and upon applying dettol it used to go away and occur may be 6-8 months later again or more, but now since 1 month it's like a recurring daily issue. I am completely depressed about it. Kindly suggest if there is any home remedy that I can apply to stop these pimples to occur.

My sister is attending online classes after the start of lockdown since then she is getting something like burnt marks on her nose and she also has pimples on her face

I have developed a heat boil on my left thigh on the inner side. It has bee there for more than 3 months. Earlier I was on no carb diet, I ate a lot of poultry & meat. I got the boil but it did not grow & puncture as it should have. Now it feel mushy & has some kind of an flesh mass build-up with a small hole in the middle. Maybe the cyst has hardened, the send image shows the average size of the hardened flesh or cyst underneath the skin. It is very irritating & has feels like blunt needle poked on wound when I press it. Can it be cured by drainage or does it need to be removed surgically? Looking for good & effective diagnosis
