Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am very concerned about my health after seeing my nails. As you can see in the pic, I have one dent in 3 nails. Each in one. It's not noticeable until i look closely. I searched about this and found a term called nail pitting. But the causes of nail pitting has scared me now such as psoriasis, alopecia , and other two rare disease. Since then I am trying to check any other symptoms. But found none. I have no skin problems like rash or anything. Never had any. No joint or bone pain. Though my left hand fingernails and thumbnail have more shine than right one. You see my nails in pic and tell me if there's anything to worry about? What is the cause of it? Is it actually nail pitting or something else? Is it due to vitamin deficiency? Is it normal thing to happen?

Hi i have consulted 2 dermatologists on practo who have asked me to visit for a physical appointment. I want to get tested for stds , can i ask my doctor to write me those tests in my appointment or is there any other doctor for that?

I am having extremely dry skin on hands,which is visibily red in colour and rough to touch. The skin gets extremely dry on palms and top of the hands extending till wrist. No itching is present but sometimes skin  stings too much  and becomes painful when applying any cream. Been to a dermatologist but nothing has improved even on using topical  steroids and taking steroids. Please suggest something Attaching images

I have a dandruff/flake problem which causes itchiness on the head. I used various shampoos but its not helpful in long run. Also I have to oil my hair on alternate days in order to avoid the itchiness or dandruff. Since last one year hairfall has also increased.

I have skin irritations on my hand , legs and back from 1 week. Recently I was hospitalised for COVID treatment, it's been 1 month that I am out of hospital. During COVID treatment I was given high dosage tablets because of lung infection. Can you please confirm if this skin irritation is because of COVID medication or something else. I feel small pimple sort of when I touch it and very itchy but no marks or redness as such. Please suggest what is the remedy?
