Why i am having so much large pores and hair growth on face? Is there any way to treat large pores?

I take a Medicine as per Dr prescription for 12 days. I have attached prescription which I was taken. Now that perticular part having blackish spots so what can I do now for removing spots. Please help me further treatment.

Can I use grisovin for Balanitis or itracanazole is better? Or any other combination with walcort is also effective

First it appeared as a small black spot. We ignored it as we thought it was a normal spot. Then after some days, it started expanding. After 1 month, we went to doctor. They preferred us to use Tacrolimus ointment and HH Sone ointment and gave us Derantox tablets for 30 days. Then, we went through the process but it got increased. So, we approached other doctor and told the whole topic. He recommended us to use Kojivit ointment containing Kojic acid dipalmimate. We are also using it but it's just increasing.
