Dry, itchy skin

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have had very dry skin for the past three months. My skin is flaking and is slightly itchy. I have not changed any products lately and neither is the climate where I live in very cold. I have been using Vaseline Derma Care Advanced Repair Lotion but it hasn't helped.
