Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having Telogen Effluvium issue from last 15 -20 days and having medicines prescribed by Doctor. I notice so many hair whenever I wash my head. Can I wash my hair daily or alternate days ? And Should I apply normal hair oil on scalp in the morning ? ( I am using Menoxidil -5% at night)

I am suffering from a lot of hair loss for the last 3-4 months. It has reduced now but there seems to be bald patches. Please help.

Hi there , I am 18yrs old and i am facing hairfall issue i think it is because of dandruff i also bald my head once but even after i am facing dandruff issue and my hair line is going back whenever i wash my head i always saw lot of hair on my hand(approx 10-15) please tell me the cure for my hairfall and dandruff and please guide me. I have had a condition for almost 5 years now. I have had acne like zits on my scalp. It's itchy and painful at times. I have had isotroin for almost 3 years now. But I feel my body had adapted to the medicine and it no longer works for me.

From August starts there appears some acne on my forhead. Its still increasing day byday on the forhead itself. What will be the real cause behind this. I don't think its dandruff issue. Beacause i was suffering from dandruff till lockdown starts. Then i am free from dandruff. I consulted an ayurvedic specialist. And completed one course of medicine for allergy. But no use at all.

My nails start showing pits and colur change in small ,ring finger now started in middle one. No pain is there.

I can do laser treatment for small hyper melanin dot on face or any creams are there to remove that dot which is better

Can dandruff cause any hairfall I can't see any hairfall but I am asking I don't any more irrition on slap lightly I have irritation
