Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My hair follicles in front and crown area seems to be reduced. Suddenly its gone.Suggest a solution for this.

I am 35 m 82 kg  non smoker non alcoholic not diabetic suffering from.skin problem not getting relief from past 2 months.took lot of medicines even prescribed by my doc.the itching and rashes started from genital area and over the past 20 days it comes upto throat.now no  and rash in genital area.but its on stomach arms shoulder mostly.attaching some pics. Rashes and itching area increases day by day towards uper body. Skin become leathery where rashes are Yesterday itching come upto throat Doctor told me to take again zempred8 which i took earlier on his advice.but not much relief I am on leave from last 3 months and at home.i always keep my skin hydrated .took lot of precautions but not getting relief. my dr. didn't advice any tests Please advice some treatment Food precautions Currently taking zempred 8 Atrax 25 1AL 5 mg.      Please advice any lab test to perform to know the root cause. Hi. So, as you can see my right finger nail before and after images. Left one is recent and right one is 1 week old pic. Actually, a one week ago, I was cutting my nails but unfortunately my right finger was cut in a wrong way that its corner wasn't cut properly. So, I left it grow it again. So after 2-3 days it started hurting whenever there was pressure like nail is trying to pierce in the corner. But somehow..pain got better. Then I noticed that right upper portion of nail where it was hurting..turned a little darker than regular pink..now yesterday I saw a white thin skin which was probably a sign of fungal infection if I am not wrong. I pressed that corner of nail and I saw a little drop of white pus and whipped it off. Just to be safe, I used betadine on it. But today I noticed the corner skin was harder than normal which I peeled off as you can see in pic.But now I also see that that dark pink/purple corner nail turned white today as u can see. so, will nailbed rettach to nail?

Do more hair fall after bathing or shampoo?? Bcoz I notice 15 hair fall after bath is it normal??? ?

I was experiencing severe hairfall due to which i consulted a dermatologist and he recommended to use follidense shampoo and follidense serum... i'm using it since 15 days.... hairfall has reduced a bit but my hair has become very rough and unmanageable.. What can i do, any conditioner or anything else... pls help!

Respeted Sir or ma'am I have hay fever very allergic to perfume, clothes and string smell, i start sneezing, i had also performed the allergy test where they said i am allergic to cotton. Now my main question is all fabrics doesn't suit me and even I cannot decide what fabrics it's me I have very much problem when I wear satin fabric I start sneezing a lot but I when I wear my old clothes then I am contented so while purchasing the clothes what fabric shall I prefer which will not give me any problem please it is because I have too much of problem while buying clothes I cannot decide what clothes I can back I even take allegra 120 MG whenever my problem increases. Please help me to decide what fabric I will buy clothes.

Is kojic cream and kojiglo gel same thing? Can I use kojiglo gel as a substitute for kojic cream. Thanks!
