Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

On my right hand a pimple always pop up on my upper side hand since thirteen years, when ever I scratch it starts spreading like Ringworm but when I was young it never spread whenever I scratched, but recently it's started popping up on elbow, I tried ringworm cream it vanish for short period but always pop up.

Hi I want to know about hair fall Whenever I spread my hands over my hair 2 or 3 hair are seen on my palms is it normal or sign of a concern ? And do hair fall after bathing??

I have a concern i'm facing hair thinning since couple of months and is showing no result when i do regular oiling and using anti hair fall shampoo. Mostly my hairs are weak and thin so they look flat on top of my scalp makes them look less of a volume. Dryness makes hairloss worse. Should i go for PRP sessions? or stick to medicines as it was told that meds can only give 30% to 40% help max, however PRP can bring more help to my hairs. Please suggest and how much PRP can help me?

During winter season my mother getting her foot bursting, then too much itching also. Doctor prescribed belsalic ointment mix with nevlon lotion and put in that area. But now belsalic ointment is not available in market. Can you please suggest any ointment instead of belsalic with same working properties.
