Suffering Scalp psoriasis last 10 years but very mild but now it spreading across the Scalp. Please suggests some cream

From last 3 years, I losing hairs slowly on my top. I dont have drandruff because I use Scalpe Pro shampoo 3 times a week. I did took Minoxedrial but didnt see much result, and stopped it further. I am fed up trying consultation & buying medicine now. Is there anyone, who can actually look at my scalp and find the actual cause?

White patches seen on legs  from last few months. skin colors has gone on patch areas and some times itching starts on white patch area what to do.

Hello, doctor. This is Archana here. My legs have been looking bruised without getting hit physically. Initially, I thought it was because of my dance practice. However, it's been almost an year since stopped dancing but it still looks the same and when it's cold, it looks even more bruised (image attached when it's cold). It doesn't pain but it just looks uneven. Currently, I'm facing some issues with my allergy so I was thinking if that can cause any issue as my immune system is hit. Any suggestion would be helpful.
