Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Is it true that once you start minoxidil you have to continue it forever otherwise the new hair that grew will fall out? And is there any other solutions to hair loss and regrowth except minoxidil?

I'm in college, and I usually live in (and around) Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Due to the pandemic i had to come home (Durgapur, West Bengal). My acne used to be just a few individual pimples here and there. But now the acne covers a larger area, and isn't individual pimples. It's painful to touch and has only increased since March. I have tried Benzoyl Peroxide ointment (prescribed much earlier for back acne), but to no avail. I have a healthy diet, don't drink, and smoke very rarely. I also make sure to get plenty of excercise each day. I have no other physical diagnosed syndromes (but mental health took a dip this year), had to be on Nexito(5mg) for a few months. A picture of the condition is attached.

I have been eating papaya everyday since last one week since then i am having breakout . Is it because of papaya?
