Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have small itchy skin patch, covered with white layer on nose, upper part of lip, above chin. When i remove them it irritates and itches alot. It burns when i go in Sunlight, mostly in winters.  But they have started in 2012,now it's been 8 years. I took homeopathy but no use. They always come back at the same place. I have 5 in total.. They leave scar in summer and come back in winters and burns and develops patch.

I have hyperpigmentation around mouth it caused by drool rash then i used dermiford on that but after stopping the cream the dark mark was there is there any way to remove hyperpigmenattion

She is having skin rash in both forearm, knee, thighs, neck from last 1.5 month. It is very itchy, no discharge, on scratching severely blood oozes. Initially treated with lactocalamine lotion. Later 3 weeks back local doctor prescribed Fourderm Ointment, relieved for few days, but now again. What is the diagnosis and treatment? No fever. No recent drugs taken other than regular antihypertensive.
