Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My wife is having skin rashes kind of a thing from past 10 days. We consulted our family doc and he prescribed allegra 120mg and permed lotion. And when problem persisted he prescribed gris odt. But I can see the infection increasing and it itches alot and it also gets little warmer.

I m 29 I have 70% white hair since 26 it's been 4 years I m applying hair color BBLUNT.. how to take care of our hair?? Like some better hair oil for proper hair growth stop hair fall and all. How to take care of our eyes👀 too because some of face reaction in eyes because of hair color too and on forehead too.. So please advice me which hair color is good and which hair oil should I use and all.

Hi, I have dry rashes on one part of my upper lip. I consulted a dermatologist. She said it was dermatitis and has given me an ointment. It works. The rash goes, but comes back again after a week. It's only on one area in the upper lip and it's the same place where it keeps coming. This has happened only in the last few months. Is there a different toothpaste I can use or anything specific I should avoid. Can this happen due to the weather. Please advice.

Hi sir/Mam, It's been 3 days I developed small bumps on face and forehead.. skin turned dry and Itchy and I am using ponds cream on them to get relief. In night I use ice and then after dap apply coconut oil. I am sitting in sun last week continuously and took hot shower baths so I am not sure if it's sun burn or winter rash or eczema. Please let me know if I keep using ponds moisturiser and coconut oil or any other medicines. Plus how long it will take ? Please see attached picture of my face.
