Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My mother having red patches on elbow,back and lower leg which is not painfull but create itching.also leg is sweeling near toe.

Since more than 3years i am facing this acne , pimple , redness and oily skin problem i have tried all the face washes as well as soap like acnestar , sol and all still i havenot got any solution regarding my skin problem

I hav seborrhoeic dermatitis and use medicated shampoo but my hair becomes dry after washing with shampoo.Can I apply oil for dry hair?Also is probiotics and caprylic acid supplements recommended for the treatment of seborrhoiec dermatitis?

My cheeks hurts because of acnes, In between I was also having irregular periods. But mainly my acnes occured after I used face shield while travelling through flight, it's been 6 months and it's worst. Please please help me. I never had such pimples and it's effecting my mental health.
