My skin is oily, acne prone and too much sensitive also. I heard that drinking milk is not good for my skin..it increased acne and rashes. Is it true? Can i drink half cup milk everyday? Is it bad?

Hello Dairy acne is a new entity and only way to identify whether its one of the triggering factor is to stop it for a period of few weeks and observe changes in skin and acne lesions. Usually infusion of artificial bovine hormones for increased milk production is main culprit for Igf-1 which is triggering factor for acne. Even half cup can trigger if you are sensitive enough, rest depends on your treatment, skincare regime and diet
