Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From past 2 years I'm suffering from discoloration of toe nail. First it was seen on one toe nail but its spreading to other nail as well. Please provide me with some solutions regarding the same. I have attached the picture of the nail

My skin is excessively dry and in different body especially arms, itching is almost common. Then suddenly I saw circle type patches which itches. Used some cream, and they vanished but the one on cheek isn't. I can see now white patches and it itches. Please suggest. Thanks

I applied dettol on face injury ( nair scratch), so from them I am feeling burning sensation all over the face, only on 1st day of injury I applied it, but it's been 5 days I still have burning sensation and dry skin around chin area & itchy ness - any home remedy plzz suggest, is it because of dettol my skin got reacted?

Hello doctor..I'm Divya,age 29 yrs. one week ago I got rashes on my Back from shoulder to waist having itching..
