Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctor, I have suffering from forehead acne or bumps from past 3 years. I have tried homeopathic medicine, it worked but after I stopped it then the problem began again. Also I often acne on face near cheeks and chin. Now I am still suffering from forehead bumps or acne...but it has become worse since past few days...I regularly use aloe vera gel on it... Past week there were very less... And now they are increasing rapidly...also I have tried some natural methods like gram flour with lemon juice I don't have dandruff and clean my hairs within 3-4 days or a week... I have regular periods also I want to finish it as soon as possible..

I have attatched the picture of my finger.. it was a bit swollen and paining.. there was a green spot on the side of the nail.. i took it off with a nail cutter.. and this white liquid kind of thing came out.. now my finger is back to normal and the pain is less.. what has happened ???

For redness and pimples on face dermatologist prescribed me metroyl gel clindac A and papulex gel and applying them by mixing all 3.but they are causing dryness on face,what could I do

In my childhood I was quite fair and then started not bathing daily or properly bathing. Slowly I started turning black and now I am dark skinned. Only my chest and thighs are little lighter. I want even tone skin on my whole body. I have poor skin routine and diet.

My s ferritin is low around 7.04 n haemoglobin also consequently. my face n chest look really pale whereas my hands n legs look really bright. this looks really odd.... is this bcoz of iron deficiency n if yes then taking supplements n following a proper diet, how much time would it takefor this paleness on face n chest to subside.

Is sebamed evryday shampoo mild for hair ,? Can i use it every day , i have very dry and damaged hair . Can i use sebemed everyday shampoo like my normal shampoo and for life long?
