Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Its been months that there is dry skin within and flaky. Itching is less now but I feel skin itchy and take out that dry flakes , ear feels so sensitive . Feels now its baby skin. I feel its due to earphones but not sure. I have detergent allergy called housewives dermatitis for which I was told to not keep my hands moisturized and not to take stress which works but not sure of ears. Ears inside look so dark skinned and flaky it feels bad.

I have keloid on my chest.I have taken steroid injection for its treatment today. But was informed that there is no permanent solution to keloid. Will laser hair removal at the site stop regrowth of keloid.

Hi doctor, I am facing dandruff problem for past two months. Scalp is not itchy. But in the front hair line I can see the dandruff flakes after bath. In other area it's not so flakey but if I scratch, I can see white powder thingy. Can you suggest me anything for this.

I m having jock itch and for that I was taking itraconazoal 200mg twice a day for 20 days and ketoconazole soap and ketoconazole cream twice a day for application and clotrimazole powder but I got relief only for 10 days during treatment and now today my treatment is ending and my infection is same as it was. I did a VDRL test and it was reactive 1:4 .Followed it up with a TPHA test and it was negative. Did HIV , herpes test as per doctors advice and they were negative. He gave me an anti bacterial cream and said it was fine. I was wondering what may have caused the VDRL to be reactive. I had a yellow fever Vaccination done a month ago by the way.
