Hey dr hope you reply i have completed 1.5 months of isotretinion under 20 mg n now 10 mg but i am going through hair loss can someone suggest me some other medicine

I have been having severe hairfall for the last few years. Over the last 2-3 years I have lost significant amount of hair (around 40%). I had hypothyroidism at level 11.3 and after continuous medication it came down to 3.5 - 4. Also had very low ferritin a few years back but now it is around 25. What are the possible reasons for such continuous hairfall and what should be the line of treatment?

Today, I have purchased Morr F 5% from a different shop than previous one. Last time the solution was "yellow" whereas this time the solution is "transparent". So what's wrong in this two products ? I mean packaging and labeling of both the products is invariably identical. Yet, why is this colour difference? Are both the products genuine ?

I have been suffering from fungal infections for a week in groin area, ears, behind both the ears below the earlobe and some patches on belly. I have never experienced any such fungal infections before in my life. The only Medicine I have been taking for 3-4 months is VELGUT (probiotic+prebiotic). Can this medicine cause all these fungal infections in the body? Right now I am already on treatment with a dermat so I don't need any more consultation from a new doctor. I just want to know if this medicine VELGUT has the potential to cause fungal infections in my body or not? P.S. - CBC report is all negative.
