Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

What are the steps to stop minoxidil 5% as i have been using it since about an year now under doctor guidance but as soon as i try to stop it hair starts falling again. Please describe the method to stop minoxidil as i am really worried about that.

In every winters my fingers swell become red-blue with itching. Painful even if touched by mistake feels
