After getting waxing done on my legs...my right leg has developed this reddish bumpy skin..which is itchy and dry. Initially..i ignored, thinking it'll go away but it hasn't and its been 12 days already. Can I know what exactly is this and how to avoid it next time.

I used to get itching Allergies on my hands suddenly and they used to disappear as suddenly as they came within a few hours. However, off late the allergy has now spread to my hands and my legs and it keeps itching post which I get red rashes/bumps all over my legs and hands.Once the itching stops it leaves with a burning sensation. I recently completed a 5 days allegra course but it came back again in a week. Now the itching doesn't go on its own like before...it stays for longer like 2-3 days. I got an LFT test done and the report was normal. Not sure what this could be. Can this be a sign of a serious illness? Attaching photos of my hand and leg with the rashes.
