Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have tan in my face and my hands even I'm working from home for last one year and I have very less sun exposure. I have consulted few doctors and used some medicated night cream and serum and sunscreen but still I'm still struggling from tan. I have facing this tan problem from past many years on face and hand only. Im taking all precautions wearing shirt or using sunscreen, drinking adequate water. Is there any thing which helps me?
