Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Black patches on back, near left eye and forehead is turning black too. Have been applying few creams as recommended by dermat near eyes, but no difference noted. And today I noticed that I have similar looking patches on back. How to get rid of such patches? Is it a serious problem?

It appears a big heat boil on back. What can be done? Any gel, cream? Or tabs. How can it be cured? Any suggestions.

I have been applying coconut oil to my hair since my childhood , hair was good till my 8th grade when I saw flakes in my hair. After visiting multiple dermatologist over 2 years,got to know its 2 year old boiled turned furnacle growing under the skin of buttock ,now its developing another 2-3 nodular painful pimples with developing white opening to it. Medicines taken so far as per dermatologist prescriptions as below but no effect on that furnacle- Teczine Dazit Augmentine Taxim O Cafodroxil Mupi ointment Tbact ointment My recent dermatologist suggested more powerful medicines & not agreeing to do anything physically for the furnacle
