Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

In the past six months I've been facing a lot of hair fall , I loose minimum of 100 hairs per day and my scalp pains like crazy

I have very dry skin.. Whatever lotions/creams i apply my skin remains same.. But i hate to see my wrinkled hands, it looks like 80year old.. Any permanent solution for that

My skin is pretty sensitive. It's oily but nowadays it is on drier side. And it got rashes which was itchy as well and white small pinpoint pimples and my skin is quite uneven and bumpy wheneverit get these kind of pimples which happens every 10 days.I dont know what will help to remain it the way it is

Hello Doctors I have recently moved like 6 months back in canada and since then my hair have become too frizzy and also my skin needs care. I have hives like bumps from my shoulder covering the entire arm on both sides. They had been since 2 years but have become severe since the past month. I have encountered similar bumps on my leg post waxing which mostly seems due to trapping of hair follicles very recently.

I have damaged hair although I rarely use heating products on hair (maximum once or twice a year). I oil and wash them twice a week. My hair are extremely frizzy as can be seen by the attached photo. I have always had dandruff problem. If I wash my hair regularly, it stays in control. Kindly suggest something to improve the quality of my hair.
