I have hair fall issue know I want to use minoxidil already consulted doctor but he suggested alcohol based solution. But I want to alcohol free solution.  Please suggest alcohol free minoxidil solution.

I have been facing redness and itching(and recurring pimples/spots, all of a sudden whereas last year I didn't had any issue), i was taking a lot of medicines for tinnitus last year, maybe because of which this is occurring. Right now i had a ige test which came out to be 410, and on the forehead so many pimples, it gets more red than the pics sometime, and itching happens. Even itching happens throughout the body sometimes(many a tikes after working out),why is this happening. M worried :(. Please help me!
