Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have huge Dandruff problem. If I miss to shampoo within 4-5 days I see large flakes of dandruff on my shoulder and my head becomes a infestation of large dandruff flakes.

When my skin exposed to sun after few hours of exposure my skin becomes itchy and small bumps will be raised and it becomes red wat the reason

I have a black bump on skin on my back since last almost 4 years. This is not at all painful, itchy or not even bleeds. But since last couple of weeks I feel irritated when I sleep on the side where I have the bump. What it could be?

I have skin rashes from almost 20 days which spreading on back and chest stomach area of body there is not much itching using acnesole and antibiotic

Please can any one suggest good ointments for this.    I had a acne. Now it bcm a black spot and it is not going away. I have use some ointmentd, that has peel the skin there, that part will be red for 2 or 3 days. Again will bcm lack. Now it's too black. Attached in image. Only one spot on the cheek but it bcm black with rough skin. Am really worried abt this.. Even if I forget that, people seeing me 1st asking what's this, got hurted with any heat like that.
