Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi I'm suffering from psoriasis from last 5 months. I consultant 2 doctors but still its in the same conditions its spreading day by day, and very itchy I'm very depressed now. I'm not able to understand what to do now.

Can I use Squalane oil as moisturizer for my combination skin. I am acne prone. My skin was oily but now it has become combination type. Little fine lines have also come especially on forehead and laughing lines. So thinking to get some good moisturizer which makes my skin supple. Also I am having isotretinoin capsules...which is making my skin extra dry. Kindly help. Thanks.

I am suffering from excessive facial hair growth since many years . I don't have pcos , nor thyroid . Haven't undergone hormones test so don't know about that .. periods were irregular since one year but became regular from 6-7 months . I tried everything waxing , razor , threading but none worked for me ... I met a dermatologist and he gave me eflorinithine hydrochloride .  I am on eflorinithine hydrochloride topical medication from 4 months but i didn't noticed any changes in hair growth . My new hair growth comes very hard , stubble and black .. i have fair complexion .. please suggest something to reduce this problem .

I have Milia on my face, like white small bums it use vanish now it is kinda spreading it increases sometimes.what should I do.can you suggest products that can be used on daily basis to decrease the spread

How many days should i take doxycycline for acne grade 3. I have already taken doxycycline OD (dox 1 L DR forte)for 15 days. It has been almost 10 days since i completed that course of doxycycline. I had a good control on my acne while taking dox. but after stopping it i have started to develop new pimples.So for how many days should i take doxycycline? and i am currently using deriva cms gel .Is there any other treatment option that i should follow?

I have notice tiny pink and red spot on chest and back what will the cause is it fungal infection or something else
