Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

It appears a big heat boil on back. What can be done? Any gel, cream? Or tabs. How can it be cured? Any suggestions.

I have been applying coconut oil to my hair since my childhood , hair was good till my 8th grade when I saw flakes in my hair. I dont remember if it was before or after that , that I had stopped applying oil. Since then the flaking hasn't stopped. Tried head and shoulders for a month , didn't work. Can someone pls help

After visiting multiple dermatologist over 2 years,got to know its 2 year old boiled turned furnacle growing under the skin of buttock ,now its developing another 2-3 nodular painful pimples with developing white opening to it. Medicines taken so far as per dermatologist prescriptions as below but no effect on that furnacle- Teczine Dazit Augmentine Taxim O Cafodroxil Mupi ointment Tbact ointment My recent dermatologist suggested more powerful medicines & not agreeing to do anything physically for the furnacle

My mother-45 Yrs, recently got a 0.5cm patch on her nose which to me looks like a pigmentation caused by sun damage and aging. Is using Pigmocare ointment safe? What else can be done. I can't afford the dermatologist I know in my area. What can be done to reduce the patch?
