Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have dry patches or some kind of dead skin on my face.They turn white if I scratch them.I only use aloevera gel on my face no other cosmetics.

Can you please help what exactly it is, is it due to moisture or else. If else what is your suggestion. Thanks

I have had severe fungal infection (ring worm) in my private area when I was around 15 to 16 years. Now I am 25 years, but the infection has lead my skin in private region and is more darker than my rest of the body.
