Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello respected Doctors, Greetings. Hope you all are doing good. I am 37 yrs old unmarried female. I have an ok skin. During my college days I had severe acne which cleared up on it's own. I follow a strict diet that includes lots of veggies, nuts n fruits. No sugar or tea or coffee. I drink 8 glasses of water n get sleep for 7 hrs only. My question is since I am close to approaching 40's can I use Reti K cream and Ethiglo face wash? I heard they are good. So can I use them. And do they have any side effects. Thnx and appreciate it.

Since last 15-20 days i have been observing black patches on my face (area in between check and ear). Tried soothing with aloevera gel but no use. Smooth surface with no itching or feel. Some guidance would be helpful.

There was a pimple( under the skin) on the forehead side to the right eye. Yesterday I pinched & it burst. Now there swelling near it & pain when touched. No redness. Can you tell some medicine, cream. Thank you.

How to lighten acne induced pores or scars at home, I had acne problem in past and now pores and scars are left. One doctor recommended laser surgery, but I think it is for serious scars. I don't have such serious scars. Any home skin peeling remedy??
