Vitamin deficiency ( heavy hair loss )
I suffering from severe hair loss from 3years and feeling very week , dr prescribed keraglo men medicine.im using it for a week now ,Im getting better results . recently i did blood tests. It indicates some deficiencies like b1,b9, d3 (14.12 ng/ml) , iron (53 μg/dl),total cholesterol (204 mg/dl), ferritin (42.7ng/ml), lipase (58.7U/L) , fructosamine (307μmol/L) , LIPOPROTEIN (A) [LP(A)] ( 40 mg/dl), BERYLLIUM (0.04 μg/l), LYMPHOCYTE PERCENTAGE (42%), MONOCYTES - ABSOLUTE COUNT (0.13 X 103 / μL), TOTAL RBC ( (5.85 X 10^6/μL), MEAN CORP.HEMO.CONC(MCHC) (29.8 g/dL), FASTING BLOOD SUGAR (106 mg/dL), ALBUMIN - SERUM (4.9 gm/dl). My question is can i take high dosage of vitamin supplements vitamin d3 (5000iu) ,iron( 17 mg), biotin(1000iu) , keraglo men , vitamin c(1000mg),vitamin b complex for 2-3 months to get on healthy track. Will it cause any health problem while taking these supplements at a time and how long it should be used?? Please guide me to take these supplements
