Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am a vitiligo patient and I am on medication for last 5-6 years by  Skin specialist ( vitiligo). Times ago I was also a Acne patient and took its treatment by a specialist . Today In my consultation, my vitiligo doctor has added a new medicine  'SUPRANTO TABLETS' and has advised me to take once a day at night . That time I forgot to ask him about this new prescribed medicine and it's affects on Acne. My query is (1) Does supranto tablets triigers acne as it contains omega 3 fatty acids and many other compositions? Pls help.
