I developed few scratches on my face from nails during a fight . What to be applied so that they dnt leave scars .

I have developed lesions over my body from last 3-4 months and have been diagnosed with molloscum when consulted doctor. He has given rx zincovit and aciloc and tretium cream with propysalic soap for management and using them for last 8-10 days. The numbers of lesions have spread a lot and increased over my body. Is it due to medicine effect or it get worse before resolving. Kindly suggest tips for managing the same and if drugs mentioned are fine or not

Hi Doctor, The right corner of my lips has become chapped and when I try to open my mouth wide, it hurts. It doesn't bleed, but it hurts. I have tried using vaseline to keep the area moist and am also having vitamin B supplement, but still no progress. Now it seems to have plasma deposition (yellow deposits), as if it is a wound. There appears tiny pores on some parts my skin like in fingers and feet somewhat like eczema. also it causes itching when pores burst and there is intense itching while fingers come in contact with vegetables containing seed for eg- brinjal,chilli,tomato,etc. Please suggest any prescription to get rid of it.
