Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi... One of my dermatologist suggested to take perfectil tablet daily for filling the hair loss .. Am taking it from 3 months... And to fill the nutrition gap one of the nutritionist suggested zincovit tablets.. Am consuming it from 1 month.. Am consuming each of both tablets in the morning.. Is it safe to consume both perfectil and zincovit?? How long I should use it?

I am having red rashes on back and stomach areas taking antihistamines it has reduced but coming back often

I'm getting rashes on my body, back, thighs, butt. These are causing itching. Along with rashes my palm & foot sole are experiencing red dots with pain after putting weight. Now my left leg till ankle has swollen I can't walk.

When iam gettin in the contact of sunlight light i got a burning sensation and prickly ichess in the whole body.. Even my body temperature rises again this ichness and burning sensation started...
