I have black scars under my eyes. They appear in last 2 years . How can i lighten them. Please advise

I have got this small bump on my inner lips since long time. It's increasing and decreasing in size on its own. Sometimes its gets a bit bigger and sometimes smaller. No pain nothing. It's just there. But it's bothering me now. I'm afraid if it's something serious. Could it be cause of smoking ? What's the reason and whom to consult? Like dentist or dermatologist? Please look at it and provide some medication for it to go away

I am having acne prone skin. In winter it becomes dry. When applies moisturizer it becomes oily. I am having dull and pigmented skin Because of pimples.having fair color. what to do.which kind of moisturizer should I apply to reduce acne, pigmentation, and pores.nowadays my skin is more sensitive. My skin is allergic to some product. Whenever try to use anything it makes my skin worst. If I don't use anything it becomes dry and pigmented part looks dull.
