Can someone tell me best vitamin c and a cream separate to follow up morning and night time routine.

Dear doctor I am suffering from white pimples all around my head and face and I have high  pores. My skin looks dull and oily and itching all the time .I used betnovate and saframycin from quite long time .please let me know how to take care of my head and scalp . ..

I'm currently using morr f5 twice a day for my hair. But it's creating dandruff problem. Could u pls provide an alternative with same composition with less alcohol content?

These days too much of body odor...even deodrant doesn't help..can thsi be becoz or high prolactin Treatment?

I have very itchiness on my head and also had some pimples but not dandruff and also my hair is falling a lot even after madication of almost 1 year.

I have taken 2 treatments onabet and funzi-L at separate points of time for some dark patches that i was told are fungal. Both worked. But I stopped before finishing the bottles so when it used to come back, I used some more of the medication. I realise now that this is a bad pattern. (I wasn't told how long to use it). Now I have a larger affected area, though less severe, and I'm wondering if I can finish the funzi-L but in a dedicated manner. I have enough to last a month.
