Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am having skin redness near the joints of both the arms, i am on a medication for stomach issue and dry cough. Follwoing are the medicines i am having. 1. Esopen DSR 2. Vipride 25 3. A cough syrup. Is the skin redness is due to any above medicine consumption. Till now no pain and itching only redness.
