Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been facing hairfall for almost an year now .tried Minoxidil 5% for over 6 months, hairfall reduced for sometime and soon after i discontinued it, hairfall started again. Now I have started using Minoxidil 5% again but this time it is a non alcoholic base. My hairfall is back with 20-30 hair strands falling while i comb my hair after taking a bath and some hair strands fall out through out the day whenever I run my hand through them. What should I do?

I have very severe hairloss, they are dropping in a bulk. I use khadi shampoo and oil my hair regularly. I take headbath twice a week. Though now, I can see my scalp openly, when I tie my hair. There is no hair at side, they are just falling. I checked my blood, it's normal overall. What can be the reason for this severe hairloss!!! I stopped having junk from past 6 months too. I exercise and sweat a bit, not much!

Hi Am 29 f , suffering from acne for last 3 months .. i was on diane 35 for 1 yr which is stopped on may 2020.. for acne i have consulted with my dermatologist, he gave me antibiotics for 2 months but acne was not so improved by these.. then doc prescribed me tretiva 10mg.. its been 5 th day on it .. how many days it takes to cure my acne and get back to my old good skin..
