Genital warts
Is there any other procedure of treating genital warts rather than radiocautery or freezing. Something like ointments or medications. And if not is radiocautery safe and is it painful ?

Yes..Undergo laser therapy.. otherwise few creams also available...for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

There is podophyllin and imiquimod.... Consult a dermatologist nearby for it... Electrocautery will not be painful because ull be given anesthesia...
