Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm having hairfall for last one month, got a blood test done. Everything was normal except vitamin D deficiency. I consulted with a doctor and she gave me a supplement for Vitamin D. I have a clean diet and proper exercise but there's no change in hairfall.

Can some suggest a medication for Pigmentation and back acne ? I would be really thankful if I get any creams / ointments / sun screen for acne ?

Will using olive oil or coconut oil on face help in acne. Please let me know if there are any home remedies for it.

I had went to a doctor he said it is as actopic eczema and suggested an ointment atonide cream and I found no effect what to do

Itching, redness and small swellings in pointing finger, which is spreading to other fingers. It happens several times but recover automatically in some days but this time the swelling is bigger, more itching, more redness and spreading to other fingers. Let me know what to do to overcome this issue. Thank you!

It was started 3 months back with use if norflox tz in around genital.l which went away in a month and only mark remains earlier norflox use never lead to any issue. very recent (second time) the norflox tz usage caused the same issue at same place with the size of mark getting a little bigger. what could have been taken to stop this? apart from stopping the use of Same antiobiotic.
