लगभग मई या जून 2019 में मुझे राइट साइड नाक पर हर्पिज simplex हुआ था, जो अब ठीक हो चुका है, लेकिन अभी भी वहा पर स्कार स्पॉट है। उससे कोई परेशानी तो नहीं है लेकिन राइट साइड जो इंफेक्टेड areas थे वहा अभी भी कुछ सूजन या रेडनेस दिखाई देती है। उतने एरिया में लेफ्ट साइड के कंपैरिजन में सेंसेशन थोड़ी काम होती है। कभी कभी तेज धूप में जाने पर रेडनेस ज्यादा हो जाती है। इसके लिए क्या किया जा सकता है।
