Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

It was started 3 months back with use if norflox tz in around genital.l which went away in a month and only mark remains earlier norflox use never lead to any issue. very recent (second time) the norflox tz usage caused the same issue at same place with the size of mark getting a little bigger. what could have been taken to stop this? apart from stopping the use of Same antiobiotic.

Plz advise me treetment looking at my hands Actually I have habit of using excessive soap on my hands and also sanitiser...I hate to apply moisturiser because it gives me oil and grease si feeling and I usually end up washing my hands after just five minutes of application of moisturiser. I take bath thrice a day and all three times apply soap ( I have ocd of bathing) As Result of all of this my hands have become so much try and painful to the point of developing red cracks and patches Plz suggest me short term cure as I need to go on trip for some days...
