Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have feeling burning problem in my bottom leg and bum. Please help to resolve on priority basis. I want to what is the problem in this.

I have been detected with multibacillary leprosy 4 months ago so I am taking MDT MB adult medicine at 2. 30 pm (noon)everyday . Now I want to change the timing to 10. 30 pm at night after dinner as I am a field officer and I had to carry the medicine everywhere. Today I take the medicine at 2. 30 pm . is there any problem if I shall take the medicine tomorrow 10. 30 pm after dinner? Suggestion is required.
