Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My face has many tiny blemishes (dark spots, acne scars), and I get some acne 3-4 times a month. How can I get rid of and prevent these blemishes and acne from reappearing? How can I keep my skin clear?

I m using minoxidil 5% from last 9 months and finasteride from 4 months now i m having hair shedding from last week thin hair is shedding in a large number while head washing and applying minoxidil.also i have dandruff issue. so is this normal cycle of finasteride shedding? or dandruff causing shedding??

I sometimes scratch my groin area in sleep...and i usually use talc/ dermi cool powder everyday aftr bath..it helps me keep fresh and avoid scratching in that area..is it normal ?...or do i need to worry?

My face which is otherwise quite clear is now full of breakouts and acnes from last 3 weeks. I dont know what to do and use. I have stopped using skin products and even then the condition remains the same.

My son having pimples on faces , which automatically grows and become a wound. And as would heal another pimples grows nearby in same manner and same convert into wound ...and this process repeat itself .. Earlier he has only 1-2 nos but now it's almost 5-6 in face .. One pimple grows below on bottom eye lid and converted into a solid mass which felt while touching after recovery of wound. Please suggest..
